Artatorture  - one of the first Tattoo shops to open in Toronto in the early 1990’s.

EST.  1990

During a time that Tattoos were considered an underground art mainly catering to certain groups of people, James O’Donnell, Owner and Operator of Artatorture,  took his long time passion of one of the oldest art forms and opened a Tattoo Parlour.  Soon after opening its doors, the Studio moved around the corner to a larger location to accommodate its significant growth.

Artatorture Tattoo’s is Licenced by The City of Toronto and adheres to all safety and sterilization protocols as directed by The Toronto Board of Health.  The equipment is state of the art with some of the newest tattoo machines on the market.  We use vegan ink and pre-sterilized disposable needles.  We will take the time to sit with you and help you design your tattoo and answer all of your questions.   Our emphasis is on quality and a safe and comfortable setting.
