James became interested in the art of tattoos as an elementary school student when he was exposed to the ancient tradition of tribal ink. Since that time, the art of tattoo has been a creative force in his life. At 15 years of age, James created his first tattoo. After a more formal art education in College, James ventured into other artistic fields, including portraiture, sculpture and custom clothing design. However, he always knew that it was just a matter of time until his real passion, the art of Tattoo, would become his primary focus
